Description	in Indonesia, is common to throw their waste (household) into river, even when goverment give education to people about the impact from it. so we decide to build a shelter to monitoring river and guard schedule to reducing people who throw their waste into the river. with help from local NGO and village goverment, we give education and knowledge about plastic waste and others.
